organoid_tracker.visualizer.debug_image_visualizer.popup_3d_image(image: ndarray, name: str, cmap: Colormap = <matplotlib.colors.LinearSegmentedColormap object>)

To be used in scripts, where no GUI loop is running. After showing the image, the program exits.
